Spaces enable users to sort and organize their files into purpose-specific views and let you precisely control what is seen and not seen in each Space. Spaces are driven by Categories, meaning assigning a Space is as simple as categorizing a File, Folder, Album, or Person.

Click the Spaces icon
. Review the welcome dialog, then click Continue. -
Select the Space you’d like to view. Depending on your privacy and security settings for Spaces, you may be asked to create or enter a PIN code to switch between Spaces.
